[Be ONE Series Introduction Case] NTN Corporation Iwata Plant

Introduction of the "REMS-NET Demand Central Monitoring Energy Saving System Web Version" in the bearing, drive shaft, and precision machinery manufacturing industries.

At the ball bearing factory, 68 air conditioners and at the constant velocity joint factory, 86 air conditioners are all controlled from the power room, significantly contributing to demand reduction. Energy-saving data can also be downloaded in bulk, enabling visualization. The REMS-NET central monitoring system adjusts the control rate of air conditioners according to the situation when summer demand becomes strict. Even after 14 years since the initial installation, we continue to provide thorough follow-up through relocation and maintenance, receiving high praise. The needle bearing factory also added 90 units in 2017 and an additional 25 units, and the management software has been web-based, allowing the overall power manager and factory personnel to manage data separately. In total, the consumption power reduction and demand control of 269 air conditioners are being implemented. What is unique is that when a demand increase is anticipated during the use of large press machines, planned manual demand control of air conditioning is carried out using REMS functions, avoiding demand spikes instead of automatic control. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Be ONE Series Case Study] Sanritsu Co., Ltd. Keihin Office

We will introduce a case of implementing the "REMS-NET System 26" at a sales warehouse logistics center.

EcoPlan, which manufactures and sells equipment that contributes to energy conservation and power saving through demand control by reducing the power consumption of commercial air conditioners, air conditioning units, and refrigeration machines, introduces a case study of its implementation. The "REME-NET System 26," an energy-saving control demand central monitoring system for air conditioners, has been introduced at the Keihin office of Sanritsu Co., Ltd. The new logistics center, equipped with the energy-saving air conditioning and demand central monitoring system 26, along with rooftop solar power generation, has emerged as a new type of logistics center promoting energy creation and conservation, gaining significant attention. [Implementation Case] - Implementation Site: Sanritsu Co., Ltd., Keihin Office - Industry: Sales Warehouse Logistics Center - Implemented Equipment: Air Conditioning Energy-Saving Control Demand Central Monitoring REMS-NET System 26 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Be ONE Series Case Study] Okamoto Giken Co., Ltd.

Introduction of the "REMS-NET Demand Central Monitoring Energy Saving System Web Version" at the headquarters factory and Izumi factory of the precision machining factory.

At Okamoto Giken, there are many machine tools such as machining centers, resulting in high air conditioning loads, so energy savings on air conditioning can lead to significant cost reductions. Energy-saving control and demand automatic control monitoring of the air conditioners at the headquarters (25 units) and the Izumi factory (15 units) are managed centrally via the web at the headquarters. This is possible because the management software is web-based, allowing simultaneous viewing of energy-saving data and demand management for both factories on a single computer. Even if there are no personnel managing the sub-factory, it can still be managed from the headquarters. Previously, only demand monitoring was in place, and effective control was not possible. Now, automatic energy-saving control has been implemented, resulting in actual demand reduction and cost savings on electricity bills. [Case Study] - Implementation Site: Okamoto Giken Co., Ltd. Headquarters Factory & Izumi Factory - Industry: Precision machining factory - Equipment Installed: REMS-NET Demand Central Monitoring Energy-Saving System (Web Version) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
